Invisible, but loaded chunks

Sometimes when i move around chunks are unloading graphically and they don't appear back. They still have block hitboxes and entities + particles are visible. Just blocks are invisible.

They seem to disappear when i don't look at them or when i am moving really fast i.e. on minecart.
