[13w01b] Placing Redstone can create Tall Grass

When repeatedly placing redstone on grass (side by side), the redstone dust will sometimes turn into Tall Grass instead.
This seems to always happen when rapidly clicking on the same spot (IE place a redstone, then rapidly double-click to place the next redstone down adjacent to the first.)
