Not Being able to write in book and quill

What I expected to happen was...
I would be able to write in my Named (via Anvil) Book and Quill.

What actually happened was...
I couldn't Type anything into my Named book and quill.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a Book and Quill into an Anvil and Name it something
2. Open Book
3. Try Typing in it
