Crosshairs don't display on spectator mode when looking at entities with inventories

When looking at a block with an inventory, such as a chest, in spectator mode, the crosshairs will appear to make it easer to open it. However, when looking at entities with inventories, such as a storage minecart, the crosshairs won't appear.
