Spawning in walls, suffering, can't do anything. need to be fixed asap

i died while climbing the ladder to my treehouse and some stranger joined our server and killed me while i was climbing up and i kept re spawning in dirt like area then it got extremely black, i asked my friend to remove all the dirt within a 20*20 radius still nothing still, this needs to be fix ASAP
