Chunks disappear

Chunks have been disappearing and rarely re-appear, also blocks placed in these disappeared chunks become invisible and can still be broken. This can be fixed for any chunks that are near by reloading the chunks but it causes others to disappear. The chunks disappear in the end, nether and in the over world
