Crashing while interacting with wooden doors in the stronghold

The game crashed when I was exploring the Stronghold and trying to interact with a wooden door. Doors both found closed and open create same bug very often.

What I expected to happen was...:
When I right-click a wooden door, I expect it to open

What actually happened was...:
When I right-click a wooden door, the game freezes and immediately crashes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Haven't tested in a new world, so can only give info for current world.
2. Find Stronghold
3. Locate wooden door
4. Interact by right-click.
5. Either game crashes, or nothing happens, so far about 80% seems to crash, door cannot be walked through no matter the graphic representation, breaking the door with an axe gets rid of door, but drops no entity to be picked up.
