Enderman spawn glich

When I got the update I wanted to see all the spawn animals in creative I liked the enderman so I spawnd a bunch of then and then it gliched out and it closed the app when I got back in it was black in the world I have a screenshot below. It was on an old world with walls I did this on another one and it did the same thing. It was on .0.9.0
