Error when Updating Screen Events

I was just playing, and it may not have been able to process how quickly I was updating my screen. A split second after I closed a chest inventory, I pressed a number on my keyboard to update the item I was holding, and I think it may have just been because I was too fast for the game to handle, but I decided to report it anyways.
