Half of the chunk doesn't load

From the last snapshots, the freshly created worlds have some problems of chunk-loading. Half of the chunks weren't shown visually but were persisted physically. Sometimes, the reload of the world helps, but not all the time, and even after "good" reloading, the chunks a bit further doesn't load ever.
