Control Settings

I already had my keys set up. Sadly, when I finish my minecraft, and re-open it, the keys I had already set up are back to the default. Weirdly though, When I change them back, they stay like that, even when I switch to other servers. Even when I exit multiplayer, and enter Single Player, they stay the same way, only problem is, is when I exit my minecraft, and re-open, the keys are default, not the way I set them up.
