When an activated Tripwire Hook is deactivated, it keeps sending redstone pulse.

What I expected to happen was...:
That redstone was turned off.

What actually happened was...:
Redstone still was turned on, as you can see in the third and fourth screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take Tripwire Hook and Tripwire.
2. Make a simple redstone system.
3. Activate the Tripwire Hook and deactivate.
