Modyfying running water crashes game

Putting a ladder in a block under water crashes the game. Removing the statick block under running water with a bucket also crashes the game (sometimes).

Tried originally under running water in a diagonal corridor (trying to drain the corridor), then tried again on same conditions and on static water under the sea level (not on surface level), same result fot both bucket and stairs. Allways with stairs, sometimes with bucket.
