Placing ladder causes crash

What I expected to happen was...:
Right clicking with a ladder on a block would place the ladder on the block.

What actually happened was...:
The block was not placed and the game crashed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a ladder
2. Attempt to place it on a block
