Game freeze at building terrain

I tried to build a new world, choosed normal world with random seed and creative gamemode with defaults.
After start of generating world game did shown only "Loading world, Building terrain" constantly. After several minutes i killed minecraft process and tried to load this world.
The same happens when I try to enter this world from list.
Other worlds I can load.
