Monostable Circuits only work in a North/South Configuration
A monostable circuit only works in a north/south configuration (possibly due to new torch fixes?)
What I expected to happen was...
When building a monostable circuit facing in the east/west direction, I expected a single tick output.
What actually happened was...
The output remains off
Steps to Reproduce
1. Build a monostable circuit using two repeaters one 1 tick delay (all designs behave accordingly) facing east/west and a secondary circuit facing north/south.
2. Hook both outputs to a redstone lamp (door, piston, etc).
3. When the E/W circuit is activated, the lamp will remain off; however the n/s will cause a one tick pulse.
