Arrows fired from bows bounce.

Arrows fired from a bow act as though the bounced off of something after leaving the bow, and fall to the ground after only going a block or two. This is client-side and after a moment the arrow updates. This happens every time the bow is fired, unlike the rare bug in earlier versions.
