Inventory Items & Screen blink | GUI & HUD blink

I Updated my Graphic Driver to 10.18.10.3621. After this sometimes Minecraft screen started to blink, usualy when the screen isn't in movement showing Items or just a white screen for like a quarter of second.

Items on the inventory sometimes blink.

Some buttons in GUIs appear half.

Same with the HUD of the item bar, health bar and food bar.
