Repeaters ticks are backwards or oppisite.

So repeater ticks are backwards and what I meant by that is that 4 ticks is one tick, 3 ticks is 2 ticks, 2 ticks is 3 ticks, and 1 tick is 4 ticks. So in a nutshell
the game is using the wrong picture for what state the repeater is in.
