Desync in flatworlds created with the snapshot
When a flatworld is created with the last snapshot, server side and client side aren't synchronized. Causing almost a delay of one second.
How to reproduce:
-Create a flat world
*Take an item and move the quickly in different slot
*Create a fastclock with 2 commandblock
