if a redstone torch is placed on the side of a block and the block is the broken the torch doesn't break

redstone torches were not breaking when blocks were being broken

What I expected to happen was...:
when a block with a redstone torch on the side breaks the torch should break

What actually happened was...:
the block broke and the torch didn't

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a block
2. put a redstone torch on the side
3. break the block
