Monster Spawners spawning mobs in walls

I like to play survival with the dungeon count up to 100 in Customised, and when I find a dungeon, Abandoned Mineshaft, Stronghold or Nether Fortress, I see mobs suffocating in walls and Monster Spawners (because they are solid). I hope this gets fixed soon, because it is a little bit weird.
