Double Tallgrass Peony Glitch

I was in my superflat world placing and destroying block for fun when I placed double tallgrass down (See first picture). I broke the tallgrass just like I did the other blocks, when, for a brief second, a peony was in it's place(See second picture),and then it was gone, I tried it again and the same thing happened. I have heard of the tallgrass sunflower glitch, which is the same thing but with a sunflower, but that wasn't for 14w27b, so could you please fix it, thanks!
