Structure Generate Weirdly

So, I was playing in 14w27b and playing aroudn with rabbits in superflat world, when I suddenly backed into a village with upsidedown slabs and sideway logs. Well, at first this didn't seem as a bug (it looks really nice at some places) but, I can clearly see it is. It seems like it generates the wrong data values. This also seems to affect torches.
