[DISREGARD] /scoreboard players remove <selector> <objective> <amount>

Edit: Never mind. I realized it was only a few objectives that were bugging out.
I am working with setting scores of various entities, and I noticed that whenever I do a command removing a certain score, it does not work at all. I realized this is a bug when I typed in chat:
/scoreboard players remove @p <objective> 1,
and the error said:
Usage: /scoreboard players <set:add:remove:reset:list:enable:test:operation>, implying that I'm not using any of those options, but I am in fact using 'remove'.
