It dosent rain or snow on blocks. It rains and snows between them.

What I expected to happen was...:
It wouldent drive me crazy or anything because its just a tiny thing. I expected though, it would rain on everything like between AND on top.

What actually happened was...:
It drived me crazy because game bugs do that to me and I wanted you guys to fix it. Maybe you can fix it in 1.8 or 1.9! Thanks Mojang! <3 Markus & Jeb

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Let It Rain or snow.
2. ... Do /weather thunder OR /weather rain OR /toggledownfall
3. ... Go on a block then look on top of you and on bottom of you.
4. ... Its only raining between blocks!
