testfor name, UUID is incorrect format (with fix)

/testfor @p[r=5,name=<owner>] (Copy/Past from wiki) does not work and gives an "incorrect format" error

HOWEVER, if you CAPITALIZE "Name" the testfor works.

I believe this is a bug or typo in the code and "name" should be lower case.
