Village blocks not placed/spawned correctly

When you find a a village in a default world some of the blocks are placed incorrectly. (Pictures explain a lot!)

What I expected to happen was...:
Villages should be normal...

What actually happened was...:
(Pictures) The blocks such as wood, slabs, and torches have the wrong data values when spawned into your world.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new default world
2. Find a village
