Loading Skin Problem

I was trying to change my skin and when I found a skin I went to Minecraft/Mojang and it said loading... where the skin was suppose to be I waited till it would load up but I wouldn't and now I don't know what to do? I also waited till the next day for it too and it still didn't work I don't know why?
