Villager Problems

I try to get a generic villager, type in the command /summon VIllager ~ ~ ~

{Profession:5}

, if on a VERSION, I get a generic villager. If I move to a SNAPSHOT, it will turn into a librarian villager. If I use the command on a SNAPSHOT, I get a farmer villager.
