Doors generating weirdly in strongholds

This bug is similar to MC-59897 and related to MC-60153, but I thought it deserved its own bug report. Sorry if it's duplicated, I couldn't find another bug report like this one.

As you can see in the attached screenshots, doors in strongholds generate with the top part duplicated and it looks really weird. If you notice, the hitbox is also bugged. I opened them, and the door opening sound played, but I couldn't go through the door.
