Chunk loading bug and leaves rendering bug

When i was walking through a roofed forest chunks failed to render, and in the attachment picture you see the rendering of leaves are bugged from showing fancy graphics leaves when i have them on the setting fast graphics and you can also see the chunk loading bug.
