rabbit animation to slow

rabbit animation to slow:

I logged on to see the rabbits but they moved really weird so I spawned a pig to see if it was just lag but it wasn't
there (obviously) supposed to hop fast but they didnt

every 1/2 of a second they moved really small

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open inventory
2. get rabbit spawn egg
3.spawn a rabbit and watch the bug
