Minecraft crashes on launch and goes back to launcher.

This has been going on for a little bit and I have finally decided to report it. As I start minecraft it will show "Mojang" for a couple seconds and then proceed to crash. Here is what is in the development console.

P.S. I just defragmented my computer last night and although it helped spped it up, the same error occured.
