Right clicking with a hoe equiped on a lilypad sometimes makes it dissappear.

I was making a farm, and I put lily pads on top of the water so I won't fall in the water. But when i was tilling the dirt with a hoe in my hand, I by accident hit the lily pad with a right click of my mouse and a hoe in my hand, and the lily pad got removed. I tried to replicate it and it did it again. It happens sometimes and sometimes not. I don't know if it matters where the lily pad is placed. It is annoying when a lily pad dissappears like that. (Sorry for bad English, I am dutch)

I think it has something to do with the random ticks. Random ticks are also causing other bugs.
