wierd mouse sensitivity

Whenever I moves my mouse the slightest centimeter it darts around like from my feet to the sky. This has never happened before and I keep my sensitivity on 69 to 100. it still happens even when im on yawn sensitivity and lowest sensitivity on my mouse. does anyone know whats going on?
