Held items don't change when swapped with another item with the same ID

Steps to reproduce:

Put an unenchanted sword in hotbar slot 1
Put an enchanted sword in hotbar slot 2
Switch to slot 1, unenchanted sword wlll show
Switch to slot 2, unenchanted sword wlll still show
