Bugs with double tallgrass and large ferns

When I use sheers on double tallgrass it instead gives me two ferns. When bottom half of large fern and double tallgrass is broken you can see the top half of a sunflower for a brief second. When bottom half of double tallgrass is broken it drops itself. Seeds drop from it as the "Missing Texture" block.
