Why sometimes block doesn't dissapear?

You see, I blew up some TNTs at "Single Player Mode"- I saw block do not dissapear! And also I can get into the block(Actually, these are not block, maybe just air) and I see some scenery through the wall!

It also appears when I play multi server. First I thought it was near the spawn area, but it wasn't.
