No Villager Trades

If You Have The Snapshot And You Go Back To Trade With A Villager It Crashes Immediately! Why?
I Say: If The Latest Update Has Something New To It That The Older Game Cannot Load And Or Handle (In This Case Villagers) It Will Crash The Game Immediately.
