Spectator mode highlights certain blocks

In spectator mode in a Debug world, certain blocks are highlighted.

I went into a debug world to look at it and as I passed brewing stands, the stand highlighted as if I wasn't in spectator. This also happened with droppers, dispensers, hoppers, beacons, chests, trapped chests, lit furnaces, and furnaces.
