"CanPlaceOn" lost

When i create a new item skull with the command : "/give maxcoh78 skull 1 4

{CanPlaceOn:[minecraft:stonebrick]}

" and i put on the block stone brick, if i break the skull with a special stick in adventure mode, the attribut "CanPlaceOn" disappear.
