If the upper part of a door in a debug world is opened the game crash (whitout entity generation)

This bug is related to MC-59073, still unresolved, the game crash WITHOUT ENTITY GENERATION.

To reproduce the bug:
1. Join a debug world
2. Find the upper part of a door (image)
3. Try to open it
4. The game crash
