Overlapping Generated Structures

In this seed: 1446994643 I found three structures with some kind of overlapping with other generated stuff.

First Screenshot (320,74,-2): A Plains Village with a Ravin and a Lake in one place.

Second Screenhot (728,80,292): A Desert Pyramid under a Desert Village

Thirt Screenhot (-193,87,403): A Desert Well with a Cactus floating over the water. (This Overlap only appears in 1.7.10, in the 14w26c no Well is generated at this location)
