Weird Lighting Dots

I have been working on a map recently, and have noticed weird lighting dots everywhere around the map, AT NIGHT, where there shouldn't be light at all. The floor is one block thick and there is glowstone beneath it, but that shouldn't shine through.

I could not find a dupe of this issue
