Realm Spawn Protection Slider issue

Well, When I Saw 1.7.10 came out i went straight to realms to check out the new settings I Saw spawn protection I Hover past that and click Command Blocks-on, It enabled it but also put spawn protection at 16 block radius when i didnt touch it, hope this helps
