Tall Grass Sunflower

I was clearing grass for a house in Minecraft. When I destroyed the small grass it was fine, but when I destroyed the tall grass, it destroyed but you could see a sunflower for a few milliseconds before it was destroyed completely.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Punch tall grass
2. The sunflower appears for a few milliseconds
3. The tall grass is destroyed
