Minecraft keeps not responding when minimized

Good day!

Long time it was and I started again to play minecraft. But I found problem with my minecraft. When I minimize the game for about 10 seconds or more and get back it shows, that it's not responding. But when I'm in the server and it shows not responding I can see people walking past me and chat.
Also I tried to delete java from my computer and download newest, also update all video card drivers and reinstall minecraft.
