Floating Torches in 14w26b

You can place a torch on the side of a ladder to make it float. You have to have a block next to the torch (Not below or above) so it can be placed. If you update the torch, it will drop its item. This was supposedly fixed in 14w26b but apparently it wasn't. It Exists in all versions from 14w25a to 14w28b.
