Levers on a hopper disappear with a block update

• I was playing minecraft on a creative world and I build a hopper clock, so I Want the clock to stop and i powered the hopper with a lever on top of the hopper, I was expecting it to stop but what happened was that the lever disappeared, I take a few more tests and it happens that the lever on top of the hopper always disappear with a block update.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a hopper anywhere.
2. Place a lever on top of the hopper
3. Make a block update to the lever.
